Windows 10: Incorrect Keyboard Layout for S'gaw Karen Keyboard

How can I add the correct Keyboard layout for the S'gaw Karen language? The only option it give me is the Burmese Keyboard layout. Although the Karen and Burmese use the same writing system, our alphabet are not completely the same. We cannot use the Burmese keyboard to type out the Karen language. There are letters in the Karen language that are not present in the Burmese alphabet.

Open Advanced Language Settings:

Two settings here to check:

1. Override the default input language with your preferred input language, even if there's only one language on the list
2. Don't let websites access the language list

To be sure that the correct settings will be used for all user accounts created later, copy the settings:

  Type settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on time and language
  
• 
  Click region and language
  
• 
  Click on add a language and select the language “Croatian”
  
• 
  Now under languages you can find your language
  
• 
  Click on that and select options
  
• 
  Under keyboard layout you can find your Croatian keyboard added.

Cannot remove Keyboard Layout

It is possible that you need to configure your keyboard layout that is why you still see it in the list even you already remove it. To address your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps on this

thread provided by DikkeryDok last October 27, 2017 to remove the specific keyboard layout you are referring to.
