Windows 10: Incorrect mouse driver

Dell Inspiron 7415 2-in-1My HID-compliant mouse the driver my computer came with was having some issues so I updated it and it switched to PS/2 compliant mouse which has been giving my computer even more issues and has a visible error symbol Code 24. When i try to reinstall HID-compliant mouse it says it had some problems installing it and wont let me. I also tried to unsintall and reinstall the PS/2 mouse but it didnt fix anything, nor did running sfc /scannow and DISM commands yes, i did make sure i ran it in administrator. How do I fix this issue?

mouse drivers not found

It still doesn't work...

I think the problem here is that I can't find drivers to download or update because the mouse doesn't need them in order to work, I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting. It's really annoying.

 

Touch pad Mouse
