Windows 10: Incorrect results from file explorer in Windows 11

When OneDrive can't merge files, it create a duplicate and affixes the computer name on the end. This happens annoyingly often, and you can end up with thousands of unwanted duplicate files. In the past, I have searched for that computer name on my D drive, found all the files and deleted them in one go.This is now not working. My search term is "Kevin-PC", both with and without quotation marks. In both cases, I get around 70000 hits, the vast majority of which do not have the search term in the name. I have "File contents" unchecked in the search options. I hope to be able to attach a screens
