Windows 10: Incorrect Windows 10 update

Hello! I am writing due to the fact that I installed a Windows update with bug fixes yesterday, and unfortunately it was installed incorrectly. Half of the files from the desktop are gone, and all the information from the browsers is gone. However, all the files on the hard drive seem to have remained. I tried to roll back the update through settings, but no such feature is offered. Windows 10 version: 22H2. I really hope for a positive solution to the problem!

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
