Windows 10: Increase/decrease levels of text in PowerPoint

In Powerpoint, to increase/decrease the current line of text to the next higher/lower level I have 2 options:1. Click to the left of the line and then press Tab / Shift-Tab2. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the Increase/Decrease list level buttonFor a few months I have realized that in some documents I can do it, but in others I can only do it with option 2. Why can't I continue using option 1 it's faster for me?

Would increasing "the size of text, app and ..." decrease quality?

I have a 4k TV connected to my computer and it gets really really hard to see or read anything on the 4k TV from anywhere other than a very close distance. To fix that I have used the windows function of increased the size of text, apps and other items to %200.
My question is if that does decrease the quality of a high media (ex: 4k movies) thats being played via VLC player or similar apps? For me its very difficult to assess by eyes, but I like to find out if its proven that the windows function does in fact decreases the quality?

 

Volume increases and decreases by itself while listening to music on Lumia 520

I purchased Noika Lumia 520 7 days ago. Whenever I listen to music the volume increases and decreases by itself and volume keys don't work at that time. I am facing this problem for last two days. Volume suddenly increases or decreases by itself. Please
suggest solutions.

 

While I increase or decrease brightness, actually the glow level is not changing. How to solve this issue?

When I try to increase or decrease the brightness level, through control panel, the brightness bar is moving from low to high. But the actual brightness level of the screen is not changing. I contact HP support Center, (as because it is a HP laptop) they told
that is a problem of operating system. Can any one please help me?
