Discus and support Increase/decrease volume controls by 1 instead of 2? (win 10) in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Is there a way to stop windows 10 volume control settings via keyboard commands from increasing and decreasing by 2 numbers.     Increase/decrease volume controls by 1 instead of 2? (win 10)


    Is there a way to stop windows 10 volume control settings via keyboard commands from increasing and decreasing by 2 numbers. Instead, by 1 ?

    Lumia 920, 13/30 volume after every reboot

    Since the amber update, i am unable to decrease the volume from the volume control. I cn only increase the volume and nt decrease it. Please help

    If you've managed to increase the volume of ringtones then you've been looking at the wrong volume setting.

    Whilst in a call press the volume keys on the right side of the phone. This will increase or decrease the call volume. These controls only work whilst on a call.

    I personally have found the N8 to be loud and very clear for calling.

    If I use the arrow keys (left for voluime down, right for volume up) the increment on my system is 1 for each key press. Maybe that will also work for you?

    Hey, thanks for the reply. But I ended up downloading "3RVX" and making the hotkeys as the regular volume up/down buttons but with a percentage in/de-crease of 1%. Working so far!

    I also read online that the registry I was looking to modify was "hardcoded" and not easy to change. So 3rd party app seems like the best bet.
