  1. Increase Mouse Button Recognition for Windows 10

It's the year 2020. We're less than 53 hours from the year 2021. Mice can have anywhere from 2 to 30+ buttons. It has been this way for *at least* 6 years, if not 10.

So why doesn't Windows 10 recognize mice with multiple buttons, as just mouse buttons?

If my mouse has 11 buttons left click, right click, scroll wheel click, and 8 more individual buttons, then Mouse Button 6 should be recognized as Mouse Button 6. Or Mouse Button 10 should be recognized as Mouse Button 10. No, I am *not* talking about mapping keystrokes via my mouse's software so games/Windows recognize a specific key stroke. I am talking about the buttons just being **buttons**. So that my programs and Windows recognize "Mouse Button 11 has been pressed" when I press Mouse Button 11.

    :)
