Windows 10: Increasing/decreasing zoom level in magnifier using a three-finger gesture

Hi,Windows 11 has improved significantly, and finally supports smooth transition between two desktops using a three-finger gesture.Can I double tap with free fingers on a touchpad to start the zoom mode? And then keep three fingers on the touchpad while dragging them up/down on a touchpad to increase/decrease zoom level in magnifier?Apple MacOS experience with zoom is so much better that it is with the standard Windows magnifier.I would like Microsoft just copy what MacOS has for zooming.Because Windows 11 magnifier still works like an app for Windows 95 or something. Touchpad pinch to zoom - increase zoom level vs magnify page.

On one (HP) laptop, when I do the two-finger pinch/zoom gesture on any browser, it will magnify what the page. They I can scroll (swipe) around the zoomed-in page, seeing everything larger.

On the other (Dell 5580) laptop when I pinch/zoom, it will increase the zoom level of the page (110, 120, 130, etc). This increases the text size and rescales the page, but it does NOT increase the size of any images on the page.

How do I make my Dell touchpad behave like my HP?

How can I use pinch zoom to magnify the page instead of increasing font size?

Hi,

On my Lenovo laptop, doing the two-finger pinch zoom gesture on Chrome will magnify the page. It behaves similarly to my phone: the page layout stays the same and the viewport just magnifies the website.

On a different MSI laptop, doing the same gesture on Chrome will increase the browser's zoom level, changing the font size and website layout. I don't like this behavior.

How can I make the the MSI laptop behave like the Lenovo laptop?

To be clear, this is not a hardware issue - my drivers are up to date and the pinch zoom gesture does trigger changing the zoom level. I just prefer the zoom behavior of the Lenovo laptop.

Increase/decrease levels of text in PowerPoint

In Powerpoint, to increase/decrease the current line of text to the next higher/lower level I have 2 options:

1. Click to the left of the line and then press Tab / Shift-Tab

2. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the Increase/Decrease list level button

For a few months I have realized that in some documents I can do it, but in others I can only do it with option 2. Why can't I continue using option 1 (it's faster for me)?
