Windows 10: Incredibly slow PC

A couple of weeks ago my PC wasnt able to start due to a problem during booting. I couldnt fix it so instead I decided to do a clean install of windows on my second SSD. I didnt really format that one I just installed windows onto it via stick and troubleshoot. I then formatted my first SSD that originally held my windows files and have been able to use my PC since then, however its slowed to a point where I can barely do anything with it. It used to be able to run most games in high definition and it now struggles with a YouTube video in full screen without lagging. I've attempted a clean ins

Factory Reset made pc incredibly slow

So, I factory reset my PC due to it becoming slow. I used the built-in factory reset feature. It's a Dell PC. It takes literal hours to get onto the desktop. The strangest thing is the fact that the computer runs incredibly smoothly in safe mode, but as
soon as I restart into normal windows, logging in takes up to half an hour. Please help me with this, as my computer is completely unusable

 

Windows 10 update has incredibly slowed my PC

An update on May 9 has kicked my PC in the head. Still functioning (apparently) but incredibly slow. PC practically useless.

I have run a system file check. It found nothing.

As a side observation, the clock on my PC is running but getting progressively slower.
