    Hi allI need help with my laptop. I got a virus on my machine that corrupted the entire office application such that it office was never installed. I tried to reinstall it but it does not even run to show that it’s installing. Please help

    steps taken for infected Pc's.


    I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

    Try the commands and check if the MS Office is available on your computer. Try the below steps:


    • Press Windows + R and type winword.exe
      and hit enter.

    • If MS word open up MS Office is available on the system.
    If not, you have to install it again from the store.
