Hi everyone,Since yesterday, I have a popup window that appaears in the "multiview" mode but if I click on it I can't see anything. In the preview I can see that it is a navigation window that is watching videos or commercial or something like that.In the task manager I can identify it as "WindowsFormApp1 / Form2" I scanned multiple time my system and there are two things in the "Protection Historic" :- Backdoor:MSIL/Rescoms.AA!bit- VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestoreBut now when I scan, it says that there is no infected files but the popup windows is still active and reactivate every time

    Windows 10 infected with Win32/Hadsruda!bit

    Original title: Win32/Hadsruda!bit

I am running Win 10 and have become infected with Win32/Hadsruda!bit. Defender seems to only partially remove it, but it still is interfering with any attempt to type (blocks the typing and causes a really irritating tone). What can I do to get rid of
it? Also, how can I best increase my protection, hopefully to block such infections?

    Hi there.

Anybody can help me with how to clean my computer from this virus:
    Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore

Usually, when I run MSERT.exe it says that this virus was eliminated. But I have some questions:

    a) Is it a memory-resident malware?

    b) Is it launched in my computer startup?

    c) Or is it activated when I run some software. How can I know which software is launching it? I guess that MSERT must know.

    d) Where it is located?

    e) How can I delete it?

    f) FINALLY.......IS IT DANGEROUS? (For example, Is my computer safe to use it with my credit card payments)

    Windows 10 infected with Win32/Hadsruda!bit

Thanks Bruce. I tried most of the list but found that many of the latter were usable only after paying a subscription fee - which I was unwilling to do with unknown and untested media. I finally went to MS OnLine Support, They worked the problem for a
number of hours and, I think, .removed the mw/virus. However, I am still having a problem in using the MS Edge browser. I am on a VERY slow connection, it took about 10 hours to eventually download the original Win10 and, in the process, I think the browser
was corrupted. I am looking for a way to download the browser again.

At any rate, I sincerely thank you for your help. Regards, Bob
