Windows 10: Infinite loading screen and restore/reset errors

Hello,


I was wondering if someone had a fix for the infinite loading screen issue when I turn my pc on? I've tried starting in safe mode, resetting completely via the troubleshoot and in safe mode but even the reset is encountering an error and then continues to 'undo changes'.


Any help is greatly appreciated, my specs and os are:
i3, 64bit, 16G RAM

Windows 10 Pro


I had this issue a while ago and my computer proceeded to not work at all.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Graphics card:TechPowerUp

I am getting a blue screen saying (as far as i can remember)

Were you able to solve the problem? My PC started doing the very same thing since yesterday... Getting infinite loading with the colored screen and the spinning circles...
