Windows 10: Infinite loop error, can't get into boot menu even after hard starting, please help

Hi,


My laptop was working fine until yesterday, but, today when i tried starting ut up it went into the automatic disk repair loop, i left it overnight and this morning is was still ongoing. I tried all the steps to get into the boot menu, hard restart x3. It takes me to a blank screen where i can move my mouse but cant see anything, then it crashes and gives me a "bad system config" error and restarts. Once it restarts i get the infinite loop back again, and the overall loop continues. I dont know what else i can do when i cant cant even get to those troubleshooting options in the first place..

I am getting a blue screen saying (as far as i can remember)

Windows 10 Infinite Boot Loop

Any suggestions ? What should i do? My 1st boot priority is already set to cd/dvd but still detects sata device 2 as the dvd

 

Win10 Stuck in Infinite Boot Loop after a Hard Shutdown

upgraded to Win10 via the free download a couple weeks ago. Everything had been working ok, but the other night the computer didn't wake from sleep mode. I did a hard shutdown, but now the computer is stuck in a infinite loop and I cannot get to windows.

On initial setup, the computer attempts to scan the disc. Whether you let this proceed or press any button to skip, the screen goes to a jumbled blue screen and resets. The computer then goes to the preparing repair message on the next reset. I can get
to the menu options for reseting, command prompt, startup repair etc. Start up repair always fails. When attempting system restore, that also fails. Ive tried reset this PC, but that inevitably fails as well (both options, keeping my files or deleting all).

The computer is completely useless at this point, and I cannot figure out what to do next.

Ive read something about Win10 installing some file when this happens and will continue to loop until this file is removed. Is this true and if so what and where is that file and can I find it through the command prompt (the only advanced option that still
seems to function)?

This does not work either, I get an unable to repair error.
