Windows 10: Infinite loop of restart after interrupting the windows reinstallation process at 87%...

I was reinstalling my windows 10 and the reinstall halted at 87% so after waiting for hours i pressed power keys and then agin switched on my laptop now its on loop of restart cycle how can i continue my installation back i had chosen to keep all my files option during reset windows.

Infinite restart loop

I tried reinstalling windows through a usb drive when it suddenly needed to recover and when I went through the process of installing it, my computer died, and now it's on a infinite restart loop saying this:

Install Windows

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

I press ok, it restarts, but it says the same thing again every time how can I fix this

 

Windows 10 Infinite Restart Loop

I have a Lenovo Yoga 510 with Windows 10 installed. It is my son's computer. He was watching a Youtube video and the screen suddenly went blank and the laptop entered an apparently infinite restart loop. It simply says it is fixing a problem and has to restart.
It says that the stopcode information is that something has tried to write Read Only Memory.

I cannot interrupt the restart loop to get it to start in safe mode or do anything at all in fact. Please help.

Find another disk/ssd and install windows on that, then recover personal files from the unbootable disk
