Windows 10: Infinite restart without possibility to interrupt

Hi,My laptop doesn't start up anymore. It stays in a loop where at a certain moment shortly a blue screen is shown stating there is a problem and error data will be collected, and right after that it repeats.No screen anymore to choose an option to resolve the problem. Also not, as said a couple of times here, to do a cold start a couple of times. Whatever I try, it stays in the loop described above.Earlier it did show the screen with the resolution options. I tried e erything. Go back to earlier safe points, including solving messages to enable system protection to be able to go further back

Update interruption causing infinite loop

From the above description, I understand the computer is not booting after interrupted Windows 10 Anniversary update. Please reply to a few questions asked below for better understanding and further assistance on the issue:

  What is the make and model of the computer?

  Which was the previous Windows version installed on the computer?
  
• 
  Did you try performing Startup repair?
  

Method 1: Troubleshoot black screen problems in Home edition by following steps from the link below and check if it helps.

Method 2: If the issue persists, repair the boot partition of the computer by creating a Windows 10 Bootable media (i.e. USB or DVD) using
Media Creation Tool and follow the steps below to check if the issue is resolved.

  Insert the Windows installation disc in the disc drive or connect
  USB media and then start the computer.
  
• 
  Press a key when the message Press any key to boot from CD or DVD appears.
  
  If your PC does not detect the media automatically
  
  • 
    During the restart process, read the screen for any instructions that explain how to interrupt normal startup and enter the basic input/output system (BIOS) setup utility. Most PCs use the
    F2, F10, ESC, or DEL key to begin the
    BIOS Setup.
    
  • 
    Look for a tab in the BIOS Setup Utility that is labeled
    Boot Order, Boot Options or Boot. Following the directions on the screen, use the arrow keys to go to the
    Boot Order, then press Enter.
    
  • 
    Locate the CD, DVD, or USB flash drive (this might be called
    Removable Device) in the Boot list. Following the directions on the screen, use the arrow keys to move the drive up so that it appears first in the Boot list. Press
    Enter. The boot order sequence is now changed to boot from the CD, DVD, or USB flash drive.

    Press F10 to save your changes and to exit the
    BIOS Setup Utility. Select Yes in the confirmation window. The PC will
    restart. Allow the PC to restart normally. The scan will take a few minutes and remove any malware that may be infecting your computer.

  Select language, time,
  currency, keyboard or another input method and then click
  Next.

  Click Repair your computer.

  Click the operating system that you want to repair and then click
  Next.

  On the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.

  Type the following commands:

  BOOTREC /FIXBOOT
  
  BOOTREC /REBUILDBCD

  After commands are executed, check for the command status,

Infinite restart

I factory reset an acer i bought from someone abd windows fsiled to fully reinstall. I used the f10 option but i can onky get as far as the screen asking fir an adminustrator account but none are listed and i click the option
atvtge bottimevofcthe screen saying i don't see my account it restarts and stays in an infinite restart until ibuse f10 option again

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
