    Infinite spinning dots/ PC won't start


    My pc will turn on and display the spinning circle of dots but won't boot windows. This has happened about a month ago, however due to school and spring break I've been unable to give it the attention it needs to be fixed. I believe that these issues happened after a power outage at my apartment. Originally the issue was an automatic repair loop, at that point I did the CHKDSK command and got nothing that would lead to a solution. I tried to reset the pc to its last save and it did nothing. I tried to reset my pc while keeping on files but after a day and night of spinning circle I would
