  1. Infinity Glide 500 Bluetooth headphone automatically disconnects when Logitech M377 mouse...

I am using Infinity Glide 500 Bluetooth headphone on my HP Laptop using windows 11. It was perfectly working till a few days back. Recently I purchased Logitech Mouse M377 and connected it to the same machine. This Bluetooth mouse also works fine. However, while connecting both the devices, I cannot use Infinity Glide 500 Bluetooth headphone. Initially the headphone normally connects to the machine, but whenever I try to listen to music or play a video with sound, it automatically disconnects. When I disconnect the mouse, the headphone perfectly works. I would greatly appreciate it if you can

    :)

    Logitech V470 Bluetooth Mouse

No it does not. Maybe you can set your bluetooth module to automatically connect to the mouse, but not trough the software. You will have to do manually. This is a security measure, so that no other device can sneak n there instead.

    cheers

  3. Logitech V470 Bluetooth Mouse

In your review of the Logitech V470 Bluetooth Mouse, you say, "you will have to reconnect it everytime the notebook is turned off." Does this reconnection happen automatically, or does it require interaction between the user and the mouse software every time the computer is turned on?

Bluetooth headphones interfering with other bluetooth devices

I have a problem when connecting my Bluetooth headphone to my windows 10 laptop, it will either interfere with other devices, disconnect itself or both. First let me list devices I tried to connect/use with Bluetooth:

    • Asus TP410UR(laptop)
    • Asus Max Pro M1(phone)
    • Logitech M720 Triathlon(mouse)
    • Logitech K375s (keyboard)
    • Bluedio T6(headphone)
    • TCL 40A3(Android TV)
    • PSVita (game console)

Needless to say all of them is Bluetooth enabled.
This is several scenario that I tried:

    • connect either mouse and keyboard to laptop (no issue)
    • connect either mouse and keyboard to phone (no issue)
    • connect both mouse and keyboard to laptop (no issue)
    • connect both mouse and keyboard to phone (no issue)
    • connect headphone to laptop (no connection issue, but sometimes not treated as playback device even when set to default or no sound even after set as playback device, otherwise work normally)
    • connect headphone to phone (no issue)
    • connect headphone with either mouse or keyboard to laptop (headphone disconnect itself after sometime)
    • connect headphone with either mouse or keyboard to phone (no issue)
    • connect headphone with both mouse or keyboard to laptop (disconnect all devices, need to restart bluetooth)
    • connect headphone with both mouse or keyboard to phone (no issue)
    • connect headphone to TV (no issue)
    • connect headphone to PSvita (no issue)

As you can see above the problem is mainly occur when connecting the headphone to windows 10 laptop, I already tried several method like,

    • reinstalling the headphone driver's
    • reinstalling Bluetooth driver
    • updating Bluetooth driver
    • re-pairing every device

But the problem still persist, i don't have any idea what the problem is because it works fine with other devices even PSvita with a lower version of bluetooth. When it does connect there's no decrease in audio quality or any latency issue (as in the latency is the same when connected to the phone).
Any insight and workaround for this issues is really appreciated, thanks in advance.
