Infinix Zero Book 13 Stuck in BIOS Loop After BSOD (Unexpected Store Exception)

Hello,

I am facing a critical issue with my Infinix Zero Book 13 laptop (i5 processor) and would appreciate any assistance. Here are the details:Issue Summary: Yesterday, my laptop was working fine. This morning, upon starting, I encountered a BSOD with the stop code "Unexpected Store Exception" and the message "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart." After this, the Infinix logo appeared but without any loading progress. The laptop then entered the BIOS setup.Current State:Now, every time I start my laptop, the Infinix logo appears briefly, followed by the BIOS setup.Exiting the BIOS just leads back to the BIOS setup, creating an endless loop.The BSOD no longer appears; it only loops between the logo and BIOS.

Attempts to Fix:I have tried powering the laptop on and off multiple times.I restored the BIOS to default settings, but it did not resolve the issue.I ensured no external devices are connected.

My Main Concerns:Boot Options Missing: Why are the boot options not appearing, and how can I resolve this issue?Hard Disk Detection: How can I check if my internal hard disk is being detected properly by the BIOS?Access Windows Recovery Environment: Is there any way to access the Windows Recovery Environment through the BIOS or another method given the current state of my laptop?

Potential Hardware Issue: Could this be indicative of a hardware failure, and how can I diagnose it?Using External Hard Disk: I have an external hard disk and am considering using it to install a new OS. What steps should I follow to ensure my data on the internal drive is not disturbed during this process?Any guidance or solutions to these issues would be highly appreciated as my laptop is critical for my work, and I need to resolve this problem urgently.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

One of the possible cause to this issue is compatibility conflict. Some user reports that the latest version of Dragon 13 doesn't require Compatibility mode in order to run correctly. We suggest turning off Compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Locate Dragon 13 shortcut and right click it.
• Select Properties from the list.
• Click on Compatibility tab and locate Run this program in compatibility mode for and uncheck it.
• Click OK to save the changes and try running the application again.
