Windows 10: Infinte loop after a failure update

Hello,

today my PC execute when i finish to work on my pc, i click on restart and update from window menu.


The update is fail and now my pc trying to restart into a infite loop.

I can see: recovery old version but also this fail and the pc is restarted again, and again and again... without success.



How can i have again my pc working without loose current data ?

(Im Bad at computers so please dont judge me)

My mother bought me a AUD$1200 gaming computer, I upgraded to windows 10 and then found some random files that were not wanted and could not be deleted so i reset computer but accidently reset all and delete everything. When computer finished it started
reinstalling windows 10 so i decided to plug in mouse and keyboard but accidently turned it off then it was caught in infinte "Windows could not be installed, Press ok to restart and continue install" so i attempted to fix with Shift+f10 regedit thing but
that just got computer stuck in infinite restart loop, i only have about $100 to repair if that is needed because my mum refuse to pay for repair.

Please help if possible,

I am sorry to know that you are unable to get into Windows after reset.

I do appreciate your efforts.

Since it is going to restart loop, I suggest you to repair it and check if it helps.

Refer to the following link:

Once you have the installation media, follow the steps:

• Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the disk or USB stick and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to “Press any key to boot from DVD,” do so. If you don’t see the message, you might need to
  change the boot order in your computer's BIOS settings so that it first starts from the disk or USB. When you see the 'Install Windows' page, tap or click 'Repair your computer' link to start the Windows Recovery Environment.
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click 'Troubleshoot'.
• Click, Advanced Options and then click on 'Automatic Repair'.
• After this complete the repair and see if you are able to boot in to your computer.

Infinite loop of startup repair

When i start over do i do it on a seperate computer and install the os to usb a connect it to the Infinte loop pc?
