How to connect nokia 2630 with pc using wireless bluetooth technology??...

2630 Bluetooth. Can anyone suggest a step by step instruction "How to" to connect my Nokia 2630 to my PC through Bluetooth. I believe this is the only way to download my Nokia 2630 information.

Have to confess - as you can tell already - I'm a bit of luddite and very new to this. I don't know how Bluetooth technology works. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Many thanks. Colin.

I understand that you are facing issues with accessing a program which requires a product key that is stored on USB drive and the drive is not detected on your device. Correct me if I am wrong.

Provide us additional information to assist you better:

• What is the exact issue you are facing with?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?
• Were you able to access any other USB drivers on your device?

If the issue persists with accessing the USB device to get the product the key as the drive is not detected, try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: As a workaround, I suggest you to do the following to detect the issue:

• Connect the USB drive to different port and check if the issue persists.
• Connect different USB
  drive to the same port and check.
• Connect different USB
  drives to different ports and check.

Step 2: If the device is not detected on your computer try to run
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter as it checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter

Step 3: I suggest you to check if there are any drivers with yellow exclamatory mark in the Device Manager.

• Press Windows + X from the keyboard, click on
  Device Manager.
• Right click on the detected driver, click on Properties
  and check the device status.
