Windows 10: Ingame BSOD's

About half a year ago, blue screens started appearing. Motherboard: MSI X570 gaming edge wifi, Processor: Ryzen 7 3800X. I lowered the processor frequency and the errors seemed to disappear. A couple of months later, they started appearing again. Moreover, they are not present in idle mode, as well as in stress tests. I checked the RAM, processor, video card - no problems. Now I play Stoneshard and half an hour is enough for a stable blue screen. They seem to write that the problem is in the driver, but it is not clear with which device the problem is.Minidumps

Taskbar can still be clicked when ingame.

Hi,

There may be a need to check out some settings on the PC as well as on the game itself.

That said, please do the following steps first:

• Click on Start and type in Settings on the
  Search bar.
• Click on Personalization.
• Click on Taskbar and turn the Lock the taskbar
  to On.
• Launch the game and see how it goes.

If the issue is the same, there is also a possibility that there are settings on the InGame that need checking. It would be best to contact the InGame developer and ask about that.

BSOD - Ingame

As I said, in the other build with of windows, I've got some 4 errors in one test with the 2 memory sticks, I dropped one and everything went fine, but still happening all the bsods. I went back the earlier build and thought the problem was gone, but no. So I runned everything back again, all the steps, I let the memtest for almost a whole day and got no errors this time, I dont know what happened but I was pretty happy that wasnt faulty memory. The bsods only happens when I open a heavy loaded thing, like a game.

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
