Windows 10: Ingame sounds wont work while on watsapp or discord call

I have the same question as this dude only for not only discord but also watsapp and im not using headphones “ When I join a call, I cannot hear my in-game sound. I can hear YouTube and Spotify, but I cannot hear the sound of my game. I use a wired headset, and I feel like most of the noise gets drowned out somehow because I can still hear the louder noises of the game. The strange part is that when I skip a few seconds in a video, I can hear my full game sound for a split second. I've selected "Do nothing" in my communications settings, and I feel lost.” so i hope u can help me tnx in advance

No sound ingame?

Hey guys, today i dlded team speak 3, to speak with my Mw2 clan. It worked fine, then all of a sudden there was no ingame sound. Now he's the catch, there is no sound ONLY for multiplayer, while singleplayer and specops works fine. I reinstalled, mw2, and then uninstalled team speak. Still nothing. Can you guys help?

 

Taskbar can still be clicked when ingame.

There may be a need to check out some settings on the PC as well as on the game itself.

That said, please do the following steps first:

• Click on Start and type in Settings on the
  Search bar.
• Click on Personalization.
• Click on Taskbar and turn the Lock the taskbar
  to On.
• Launch the game and see how it goes.

If the issue is the same, there is also a possibility that there are settings on the InGame that need checking. It would be best to contact the InGame developer and ask about that.

Sound not working in firefox or discord

so it's over a month later, and sound has randomly started working in discord again, still not w/ firefox or mc 1.16
