    I copied an paste a photo from the internet to a draft on my laptop, everything looks fine. I save the draft, but when I re-open the draft, the photo is now a little box that says 'inline image'... what happened?

    Inline (embeded) images not showing in WP8

    The following code to embed images as inline attachments is not working in WP8 [i.e. images are not displayed]:

    The image is being called with the following code:

    <img src="cid:image.png">

    Do someone knows why it is not working or could provide a code which do work?

    Some background, the above code worked on WP7.5 and it does work on the folowing mail clients:

    • Apple Mail 5 & 6
    • Lotus Notes 8 & 8.5
    • Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2011 & 2013
    • Thunderbird 3.0 & latest
    • Android 2.3 & 4.0
    • iPhone 4s, 5 & 5s
    • iPad mini & retina
    • AOL Mail
    • Gmail
    • Outlook.com
    • Yahoo! Mail

    [HELP]Image recovery issues

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
