    Inplace upgrade - Will using an insider preview ISO have a negative effect?


    So I want to do an in-place upgrade to fix some issues that weren't solved by sfc /scannow or DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. I have a windows insider preview 2004 iso. Will using it have a negative effect on a normal 2004 windows?

    Windows Insider preview iso download

    Where is the link to download the latest insider preview iso from? Now the "Click here to go directly to the latest Insider preview
    build" option leads me to upgrade page and media creation tool option. I dont want to download using media creation tool Inplace upgrade - Will using an insider preview ISO have a negative effect? :( . Its too slow. Also what is the current insider(slow ring) and rtm build numbers?
