Windows 10: Input and output constantly switching

I recently got a new gaming computer that has the RTX 3060no idea if that changes anything but I'll put that there graphics card. When I look in audio settings, my microphones and headphones are constantly being disabled, reenabled, and switching between which one is being used in less then half a second. I try to uninstall audio devices, which works, but that isn't quite what I want to do.

Unfortunately, that did not work. There is something listed under the sound now in the device manager and that says it is functioning, but i still have no sound and it states there are no input and output devices.

 

Language keyboard input doesn't equal output

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

No audio input or output devices found

After the last update of Windows 10, no audio devices are listed

Searching in the device manager: all audio devices say it works fine

The sound setting says: no output or input devices were found.
