Windows 10: Input and output devices not working after downgrading to windows 10

I have a Windows 11 laptop Acer Nitro AN-515-58 and I recently downgraded it to Windows 10 for a few reasons, everything was working fine but the audio, it says there's no output devices It does say I have a input device though so I have no sound, after a lot of digging I found a temporary fix for this. it was to delete the "Intel smart sound technology OEM" driver in system devices but this seems to also delete all intel drivers in sound, video, and game controllers except for Nvidia high definition audio, so when I do this the audio comes back but then it says I no longer have any in

No audio input or output devices found

After the last update of Windows 10, no audio devices are listed

Searching in the device manager: all audio devices say it works fine

The sound setting says: no output or input devices were found.

Unfortunately, that did not work. There is something listed under the sound now in the device manager and that says it is functioning, but i still have no sound and it states there are no input and output devices.

 

No input device found, output device not working.

I've only received this computer today, and so far the default input and output devices have not been working at all. With only the output (not input) device on my headset working.
