Windows 10: Input and output sound when I laugh games or exit

Every time I enter or exit the games there is always input and output sound and while the sound is active the screen freezes for a while which is very annoying. I tried every possible solution but it was the same every time.

The issue could be because of the internal mic picking up sound even when the external device is pluuged in. If you have the RealTek HD Audi Manager installed on the machine, I would suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for
you.

• Open RealTek HD Audio Manager and go to the
  Advanced tab.
  
• Check the boxes Separate all input jacks as independent input devices
  and Mute the internal output device, when external headphone is plugged in,
  and hit OK.
  
• Exit RealTek HD Audio Manager, restart the machine and see if the issue persists.

Sound input and output

You can use an option in the tutorial below to change the default sound input device to be the microphone on the earphones.

no input or output audio devices found

Unfortunately, that did not work. There is something listed under the sound now in the device manager and that says it is functioning, but i still have no sound and it states there are no input and output devices.
