Windows 10: Input for bluetooth headset is not working, but output is working.

I recently upgraded to windows 11 and now my bluetooth headset is not working properly anymore. When I try to use my bluetooth headset for discord calls, I'm unable to talk. I looked in the settings and tried to test my microphone there, but I get no input at all. I hope people can help me.

No input device found, output device not working.

I've only received this computer today, and so far the default input and output devices have not been working at all. With only the output (not input) device on my headset working.

 

Headset not working

It seems the troubleshooter was not able to resolve your concern. For us to resolve this, need to uninstall and re-install the audio driver of your computer. Before you perform the steps, you need to insert your headset. After inserting the headset, follow
the steps below:

• Right click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Choose Device Manager.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs.
• Right click an item or items under Audio inputs and outputs.
• Click Uninstall.
• On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the
  Delete the driver software for this device check box, and the click
  OK.
• Download the audio driver software from your computer manufacturer's website. Make sure you download the latest version.
  
• After downloading the driver software, access it to start installing driver.
• After installing the driver, restart your computer.
• After restarting the computer, check if the your headset will work properly.

After performing the steps, post the result here.

Thanks! again for the prompt response and i followed the suggested steps for WiFi issue but troubleshooter didn't report any problem, however the issue persists even as of now. After approaching you i shouldn't be interfering with your troubleshooting but
it seems to me problem as a result of peculiar issue wrt OS, may be because it doesn't flush out the entries related to WiFi settings/system. Also, i was thinking solution must be readily available as Windows 10 team must have fixed issue over a period time
as many users have reported exactly same issue. Sorry! again as i have crossed boundary by suggesting what i suspect. See if you can help as it is somewhat impacting work.

P.S. : For Bluetooth issue i have got a USB headphone and that i acting as a workaround for a while.
