Windows 10: Input Is output on my mic, all thanks to realtek.

I ordered this microphone with amazon prime, and it arrived today. i plugged it in, it worked! then went to see what i have recorded to test. to check the quality and no sound, at all. i switched speakers to samsung and i could hear what i said, but when i switched to realtek audio, you couldn't hear a thing, so i opened Realtek audio hd manager, and found out i had it under headset, so i switched to mic in, and still the same problem, i plugged in a adapter to see if that would help. but still nothing.

I been having trouble with the volume in the mic settings. I tried all I know please help.

This is the three devices that are under the "Sounds, video, and game controllers" tab:

• AMD High Definition Audio Device
• CyberLink Webcam Virtual Drivers
• Realtek High Definition Audio

Under the "Audio input and output" tab:

• Mic in at front panel (black) (Realtek High Definition Audio)
• Microphone (Realtek High Definition Audio)
• Realtek HD Output 2nd output (Realtek High Definition Audio)
• Speaker/HD (Realtek High Definition Audio)

I use microphone headset to talk to people while playing an online game. The program I use is "Ventrilo". I tried the steps you posted and the mic volume is still muting automatically.

The issue could be because of the internal mic picking up sound even when the external device is pluuged in. If you have the RealTek HD Audi Manager installed on the machine, I would suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for
you.

• Open RealTek HD Audio Manager and go to the
  Advanced tab.
  
• Check the boxes Separate all input jacks as independent input devices
  and Mute the internal output device, when external headphone is plugged in,
  and hit OK.
  
• Exit RealTek HD Audio Manager, restart the machine and see if the issue persists.

Realtek Audio HD - Speaker sound also going through mic input

I have been using Discord for about a month with no issues but all of a sudden I updated a Realtek Driver and now I have had the Realtek Audio Manager popping up whenever I plug my headphone and mic splitter in my 3.5 ports in the motherboard.

Recently though, my friends on Discord have noticed what I thought was bleed from my headphones from what i was listening to on my computer, but I don't think it is bleed but rather that any sound coming through my speaker output, managed through Realtek,
also comes out of my microphone as well.

I have tried several things listed on the internet and messing with properties but have had no luck. I would appreciate any help to keep my sound output and my mic input separated.
