    Probably an Nvidia GT710 or GT730 PCI-E Graphics Card, with the output sockets required for your monitor(DVI-D, VGA).

    You can get Windows 10 drivers from Nvidia and the resolutions/refresh rates won't be a problem. Yours are nothing unusual.

    I would be tempted to look inside and see what Dell have actually put in there for a Graphics Card. If you are going to replace with another Graphics Card you will be doing that anyway.
