Windows 10: inputs getting mixed even with different keyboard and mouse

Discus and support inputs getting mixed even with different keyboard and mouse in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i came home today and tried typing in my search engine but it wouldnt register the keys, and whenever i tried to alt tab the ui for it would stay...     inputs getting mixed even with different keyboard and mouse


    i came home today and tried typing in my search engine but it wouldnt register the keys, and whenever i tried to alt tab the ui for it would stay unless i hit esc. if i pressed tab again it would bring it back up and stay again, and whenever i press shift microsoft 365 office opens up. ive changed out the keyboard and mouse and the issue is persistent. the keyboard appears to work completely fine in games but doesnt work at all outside of them.
