Hi Microsoft Support Team,I hope you're doing well!I wanted to reach out regarding an issue I've been experiencing with Microsoft Copilot. Recently, I’ve noticed that both the app and web versions seem to be inaccessible. I’ve tried logging in a few times, but it hasn’t worked so far.Could you let me know if there’s an ongoing issue with the service or if there’s something I might need to do on my end to fix this? Microsoft Copilot is now generally available

Since Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise) launched in preview in February, people around the world have embraced it as their everyday AI companion. It’s been used to generate billions of prompts and responses, helping people be more creative and productive in their lives. We’re excited to keep this momentum going by announcing that Copilot is now generally available and no longer in preview. With general availability, Microsoft Copilot continues to be your everyday AI companion providing AI-powered web chat. Bringing AI to your organization with Copilot Copilot offers access to powerful AI models such as GPT-4 and up-to-date information with cited sources. When eligible users sign in with an eligible work or school account (Microsoft Entra ID), they receive commercial data protection at no additional cost, which means prompts and responses are not saved, Microsoft has no eyes on access, and data is not used to train the underlying large language model (LLM). Copilot helps users tackle everyday tasks such as drafting an email, summarizing PDFs and articles, generating images with DALL-E 3, learning new skills, and getting answers to complex questions. Use Copilot in your organization with confidence With Copilot now generally available, organizations and users can feel even more confident adopting it as part of their daily workflows. Copilot with commercial data protection is now backed by the Universal Commercial License Terms for Online Services to align with other Microsoft commercial online services. These terms include Microsoft’s Customer Copyright Commitment (CCC), which enables customers to take advantage of Microsoft’s Copilot services without worrying about copyright claims. Eligibility Copilot offers commercial data protection at no additional cost when users with eligible Microsoft 365 licenses sign in with their work account. Current eligible licenses include Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Microsoft 365 A3, A5 (faculty only), Microsoft 365 F3, Business Standard, and Business Premium. Microsoft has announced plans to extend availability of Copilot with commercial data protection to all Entra ID users (excluding sovereign government cloud and student users), and timing will be announced at a future date. Renaming and UX changes As previously announced, Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise recently changed to Copilot to make AI-powered web chat more accessible with a simplified user experience at copilot.microsoft.com. This experience is already available today. An updated and renamed user interface for Copilot with commercial data protection on other endpoints is rolling out to customers over time. Bringing Copilot to your organization For organizations with Copilot already enabled, no further action is needed. You can continue to use Copilot as you do today. For help with user adoption, or to help transition users from the old Bing Chat user interface to the new Copilot one, IT admins can use the Copilot adoption kit to educate users with training materials and resources. Ready-to-go email templates can help with your change management. For organizations with rules that do not allow use of preview products, Copilot reaching general availability is now your opportunity to introduce Copilot to your organization.

We are thrilled to announce that the Microsoft 365 Copilot is coming to OneNote. This powerful tool combines the power of large language models (LLMs) with your data from the Microsoft Graph—notes, calendars, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and more—and the Microsoft 365 apps to turn your words into a powerful productivity tool. All of this is done within our existing commitments to data security and privacy in the enterprise. We know that too much time is spent on the mundane tasks of work and not enough time is spent on the work that brings us joy and ignites our creativity. That's why Copilot is being integrated directly into OneNote. It works with you, embedded in the other Microsoft 365 apps you use daily to help you unlock productivity, unleash creativity, and uplevel your skills.

Copilot in OneNote helps you create, capture, organize, and recall information with confidence. As your notetaking partner, Copilot uses your prompts to draft plans, generate ideas, create lists, organize information, and more. Building responsibly Microsoft 365 Copilot is designed for the needs of the enterprise. Our efforts are guided by our AI principles and Responsible AI Standard and build on decades of research on grounding and privacy-preserving machine learning. Microsoft’s work on AI is reviewed for potential harms and mitigations by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and policy experts. We use the Azure Content Moderation Stack across our services to monitor and filter harmful content. Technologies like InterpretML and Fairlearn help to detect and correct data bias. The Copilot System builds on our existing commitments to data security and privacy in the enterprise. Copilot automatically inherits your organization’s security, compliance, and privacy policies for Microsoft 365. Data is managed in line with our current commitments. Copilot large language models are not trained on your tenant data. Finally, we have worked to design an experience that prioritizes human agency and puts the user in control. Copilot mobile app – The Copilot mobile app is now available for Android and iOS. The Copilot app gives you the power of Copilot on the go as your Copilot queries and chats will roam across your phone and PC. The Copilot mobile app includes the same capabilities of Copilot on your PC including access to GPT-4, Dall-E 3 for image creation, and the ability to use images from your phone when chatting with Copilot. Download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Copilot in the Microsoft 365 mobile app – We’re also adding Copilot to the Microsoft 365 mobile app for Android and iOS for individuals with a Microsoft account. This new feature is rolling out over the next month. Access Copilot right inside the app and easily export the content you create to a Word or PDF document.
