    Insert old MS Word file in OLE2 format


    Good day

    A long time ago a friend of mine saved some MS Word files using copy+paste. Thus, she created some OLE2 files but not real MS Word (doc) format files. Is there any way to open these under Win10 x64 or insert them inside newer MS Word?

    Hi,

    I am using windows 10 pro and MS Office 2013. My all MS Office 2013 files (word, excel, powerpoint etc.) converted into .odin file format. And now my all old data is unreadable. Can anyone please help me?

    Unable to open the file type using the downloaded application on the PC in Windows 10.

    Not many programs can open MS Works format files. Other than MS Works itself some versions of Word can open .WKS format files and apparently some word processors based on OpenOffice (but not OpenOffice itself). An alternative is to convert the files to a
    file format that other word processors can use.
