Windows 10: Insert text disappeared?

When I right-click, I usually have the option for "Insert Text." I have several phrases I use often in this, as well as key information I need for filling out forms and such. Then today, it just disappeared. The "Insert Text" option isn't in my right-click menu at all. How do I get it back? Sometimes when I restart, it'll be there for one box to fill, and then when I try again, it's gone. Thanks!

List of tooltip texts

• Do not translate the IDS_ strings, only what's inside the "s
• \n is a newline character that acts like "return" is pressed. so text\n\ntext2 adds a blank line between "text" and "text2"
• %s is replaced by some inserted text, you may move the %s to other positions within the text, but if multiple %s are present they will be inserted in the same order in all languages

Windows10: all menu text disappeared! Help!

Something is wrong with my Windows 10. A few days ago, all menu text disappeared! Initially, reboot the system would resolve the issue. But now reboot the system doesn't help at all. I tried to reset the system yesterday, it doesn't work either.

For example, if you click on the network button on the right bottom corner, a list of available wifi networks will be displayed. But what I get is only a list of the wireless icons, all the network names are disappeared.

However, if I login as a different user (Administrator), the menu text are back.

Any suggestions?
