Windows 10: inserting shapes and text boxes

Discus and support inserting shapes and text boxes in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I've just bought a new pc and am dismayed that I no longer have access to any insert shape or text box functions.     I've just bought a new pc and am dismayed that I no longer have access to any insert shape or text box functions. Is there any way I can rectify this please?

    List of tooltip texts

    • Do not translate the IDS_ strings, only what's inside the "s
    • \n is a newline character that acts like "return" is pressed. so text\n\ntext2 adds a blank line between "text" and "text2"
    • %s is replaced by some inserted text, you may move the %s to other positions within the text, but if multiple %s are present they will be inserted in the same order in all languages

    Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

    WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

    Materials:
    • Big cardboard box
    • a razor
    • white material 3 yards
    • cone lights
    • stapler
    • medical tape
    • pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box
    • white paint any cheap finger paint would work
    the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
    I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

    I didn't found it official shortcut list, so I ask here.

    Are there are any shortcuts/hotkeys to

    • loop though text suggestions
    • insert the text suggestion
