Windows 10: Inspiron 3520, The Integrated Graphics limp, I can't seem to change.

I've had this for a while, and I'm particularly frustrated I can't just pull out the "integrated" graphics chip if I could and replace it with something more worthwhile, Better if you will. I hadn't noticed how poorly powerful it was until I pulled out a little game like rim-world, A more-or-less 2d game with 1 small 3D section, that utterly craps the bed for a simple sphere render, Just to use as an Example of course. The device had been a gift, and in spite of unsuccessful attempts of trying to pawn off the old steed for what I assumed to be a fair decent price, I have been inevitably stuck with a dying donkey that no glue factory is willing to pay anything close to fair, (or good for that matter) in terms of Compensation. So I'm stuck with a laptop that can barely process the desktop, and a cancerous integrated GPU, that I cannot seem to replace, can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this, or at least give me a link/image to a similar form factor motherboard that fits in the same case, that would allow me to achieve that impossibility?

Windows 10 Install - INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

I have tController: Integrated • Inspiron 7547—Intel HD Graphics 4400 • Inspiron 7548—Intel HD Graphics 5500 Discrete AMD Radeon R7 M270 Memory: Integrated Shared system memory

I have a AMD Radeon R7 but no idea how to fix this.

 

There is no 'fix' or graphics replacement because the Intel IGP is part of the processor package. Performance-wise it shouldn't be as bad as you're describing, granted you have the Intel graphics drivers installed instead of the generic Windows ones.

 

There's no point of buying a graphics card if it just a bit faster than integrated ones.

 

Laptops, mostly, are stuck with the vendor motherboard and hardware configurations. Its not easy (if even possible) to replace like it is with many Desktops. I just bit the bullet and upgraded to a new Laptop myself. My old one is painfully slow and the Bluetooth is not compatible with many new devices. I bought a new Dell Insprion 15, 5577 model that is marketed as a "gaming" laptop. It came with an SSD instead of mechanical hard drive that also speeds things up and it came with an NVIDIA graphics chip for gaming. The new Laptop impresses me and boots and operates nearly as fast as my 6 month old Desktop that has an i7 6700K CPU. I don't game but use mine for my recording studio, which needs a "performance" rated PC.

Along with the Laptop hardware the screen is another consideration. Many Laptop screens are not full 1920 X 1080, like a desktop monitor, and can also affect video.

Along with many laptops I also see basically the same complaint from some Desktop users that have bought an entry level or even medium level desktop system and complain that it will not run many games. Even changing hardware in many factory built desktops can be an issue due to vendor proprietary items. To upgrade one means basically building a new desktop.
