Windows 10: Instability in Bluetooth Connection Between Windows and Headset

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced a similar issue: My Bluetooth headset connects to my laptop, but the sound plays for only a few seconds before stopping completely. The connection remains active, but no audio is transmitted through the headset. There is no problem with the Bluetooth device on my computer, as I can regularly connect to my cell phone and if I refresh the connection or restart the Bluetooth device, it works again for a few seconds. This issue has consistently occurred with all my Bluetooth headsets, regardless of their brand.
