Windows 10: instalacion de escaner Fujitsu fi 7180

Hola, tengo problemas con la instalación de un escáner Fujitsu fi 7180 en un equipo HP el cual tiene sistema operativo Windows 11, agradezco su ayuda.me sale el siguiente error sx03047e al momento de abrir la aplicación PaperStream Capture para digitalizar.

Fujitsu ScanSnap S510


Aside from a thanks to all who've contributed to this thread I wanted to note that I was able to get the ScanSnap fi-5110EOX2 working using the instructions above although I noted a couple of potential differences.

1. I ran all the installations in Compatibility mode (Windows 7) and as an Administrator
2. The compatibility information on the Fujitsu site is a bit confusing as initially it points you to the Vista update. The correct one is available on this page:
   ScanSnap Manager Update for Windows 7 (V3.1L20) - Fujitsu Global
   

I've only installed the ScanSnap manager rather than everything else but it's working fine so all good..

use uma escaner epson L380, quando for escanear um documento, aparece uma mensagem de erro que pode salvar o arquivo, meu sistema é windows 10, fico no aguardo de uma ajuda, obrigado.

 

Fujitsu Screen Glitch

I understand that you are unable to use the Touchscreen of your Fujitsu tablet, we will look into this for you. However, in order to get to the root cause of the issue, please reply with the following details:

• What is the complete model number of the tablet?
  
• Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.
  
• Are you aware of any changes on the computer prior to this issue?
  

However, we can try calibrating the Touchscreen and see if that helps in resolving the issue. Please follow the steps mentioned below to calibrate the Touchscreen:

1. Click on the search bar on the Taskbar and type
   calibrate.
   
2. Now, click on Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input.
   
3. Under Display tab, click on
   Calibrate.
   
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process.
   
5. Once the process is finished, you will receive a prompt to
   save the calibration data, click on Yes to save the process.
   

You can also try updating the Display drivers and see if that helps. Please follow the steps from the article

Update drivers in Windows 10. In the above article, you will find the suggestions to update drivers for Battery, instead of Battery, please expand Display adapters and follow the steps in the article.
