Windows 10: install always stuck at 81%

Discus and support install always stuck at 81% in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; if i install from usb, doesnt work at all. if i install from dvd, stuck at 81%. if i get windows 8 and try to upgrade to windows 10, stuck at 81%. why...     if i install from usb, doesnt work at all. if i install from dvd, stuck at 81%. if i get windows 8 and try to upgrade to windows 10, stuck at 81%. why is this happening? any help?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
