Windows 10: Install error 0x800703f1 for 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 version 23H2

Hello I have encountered this error following an attempt to update my Windows 11.Originally I had problems following one of my ram causing registry corruption. After replacing the ram, I've had problems updating my Windows and encountered the 0x800703f1 error.I have been trying to figure out how to share the setupact.log but when I select this file it says I don't have permission to open it. I am not sure how to share it. Sorry I am not terribly good at this stuff which is why it has taken me days to try and find a way to fix my windows as when I try to update it gets some way through the proc

2024-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5035942) Install error - 0x80188309

Hi. I keep getting Install Error - 0x80188309 when trying to install 2024-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5035942) on an HP Spectre x360 running Windows 11 version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.2861).

I worked extensively with HP support, but they were unable to resolve it after trying many solutions. They suggested I could either reinstall the operating system (which I just did last week for a different error, and it's incredibly time consuming to reinstall apps and get my system back to baseline, so I'm reluctant to do it again) or contact Windows Support.

What else can I do?
