Windows 10: Install error - 0x800f0900 while installing KB5023706 on win 11 pro

So I'm getting this error,I tried every solution on the internet. Deleting SoftwareDistribution folder in Safe mode. Launching the Windows Update resestting script nothings helps... So what now?! I need to reinstall my windows... I paid 270 Swiss franks for Windows 11 Pro to get some XML Parser Error ... and nothing seems to resolve it... Good Job !EDIT: I also tried to install it manual... Didn't work!

Install errors - 0x800f0900

Cindy, I have tried the troubleshooting steps listed by David M. here as this person had a similar issue to me. Windows 11 Update (KB5012592) fails With Error Code 0x800f0900 - Microsoft Community I have tried all of them, I did find corrupted files and I ran windows update troubleshooter. All with no luck.

Can't install KB5016616. Error 0x800f0900

When I tried to install KB5016688 I got the following failure messages in the CBS.log :

I think that I can thus limit the problem to a conflict with KB5012170.

Windows Update says in the system settings that this Update (KB5012170) has been successfully installed.

I tried uninstalling KB5012170 in Windows, in Win RE with wusa and with dism, but by none of this ways I could deinstall it. I planned to reinstall it after the deinstallation, because perhaps this would have fixed the corruption.

Furthermore, running dism in WinRE with /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth also produced the error code 0x800f081f.
