Windows 10: install error - 0xc1900200

hi there,There was someone that was helping me, and after I sent the link that I think he told me to send, Microsoft blocked the message.and I cannot send another in the same email, and what did I do wrong to block me and not know to send another message that is a problem, not from me?, so I will upload my problem again.I cannot download any Windows update because of this update that stops at 10% or 8% and sometimes 6%, and it says after it failed that this pc doesnot meet the requirements of windows 11After doing

Error code 0xc1900200 when upgrading Windows 10

I am currently running Windows 10 version 1703, and it's trying to install the latest version. It fails to install with error code 0xc1900200. I searched for the internet for others that were having this issue, and some suggested the EFI partition was
too small. So I resized it to 1.2G and it still fails with the same error.

Any ideas how to find out what's making this fail?

The error code 0xc1900200 would mean that the Setup.exe has detected that your device is not meeting the minimum system requirements. We would suggest checking the compatibility of the device first before upgrading to Windows 10.
