Windows 10: install error - hypervisor blue screen

Hello,I recently purchased PC components and Windows 11 USB from Microcenter in Houston. After building the PC, Windows failed to install numerous times giving a blue screen Hypervisor error. I created a new USB installer online in an attempt to resolve the installation issue but it also failed, without an error code. I paid Microcenter $80 to assess the issue and then $99 to install Windows and the tech's resolution was using an older version of the Windows 11 installer. Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
