Windows 10: Install Failed Contact Software Vendor

When downloading some things today I encountered an Issue that I'd never seen before. Whenever I tried opening any Image/file It displayed the message, 'Install failed. Contact your software vendor.' It's Incredibly annoying since I need to open these files to do what I need to do. I've read many things on how to fix this and nothing works.Can anyone help?I'm on windows 11 and on the latest update.

AppReadiness - Install Failed - Contact Vendor

After last W10 update, Build 187, I have in Event Viewer several errors related to AppReadiness.

 

Desktop icons/shortcuts won’t connect to net. Message Install failed, contact software vendor

Hi, when I click on a desktop icon, such as Facebook or Googe, I get a popup window saying “Install failed. Contact software vendor”. I cannot connect to the web although my connection is fine.

Hello Abdullah. Thank you for taking your time and suggesting me some solutions. As I understant you have a large understaing of these problems. I congratulate you.

I tried first method. Yes ,PC indeed has found some corrupted files at first step and fixed them , that's what cmd said at least , furthermore I kept applying the rest of them at Command Promt. After finishing I restarted the PC. It didn't work. Didn't take ss, open gallery, calculator or Microsoft Store. So I h-jumped to next one.

The second method was a kind of experiment in safe mode to understand whether the problem does still exists in basic driver , basic settings. Yes , it does exists. Althought it didn't let me use inthernet etc. I tried gallery ,simple text document... Received the same eror "Intsall failed. Please contact to your software vendor."

So I tried to apply the third method... Be ready... I quote from the Microsoft page

"Sign in to the computer as an administrator. If you are unsure if your account has administrator rights, see Create a local user or administrator account in Windows to find out how to see if your account has administrator rights, and grant them to your account, if necessary." Well when I clicked the link and tried to create an administrator account the same problem also happened. Setttings -->Accounts --> Others --> Add One... Didn't respond. Didn't run. The third step is a bit complicated and I'm tryna understand more. I'll look a bit deeper it yet I thought it would be better if I let you know how the proccess develops. I'll give you another update on third step.

About fourth one... I did it many many many times. I even took all the Microsoft updates within last month back and installed them again... It didn't work. By the way you're Turk I guess ? The pronouncion of your name seemed me Turks. If that so , sağol yeniden.

Not to forget I guees you're also an outsider here like me. Do you know how to actually "contact software vendor" ? I thougt one of those Microsoft Turkey team would reach me out when I typed my problem. Is there any way to reach them ?

Last question ; do you think it's a kind of virus ? Shoud I worry about it ? Should I change the setting to fabric ?
