Windows 10: "Install failed. Please contact your software vendor." Error when opening photos.

I was just trying to open a screenshot I took a while ago, but get the message "Install failed. Please contact your software vendor." I tried to open all the other screenshots but none are working. It seems to only be my screenshots. Whenever I try to screenshot anything, there is no popup that I did download it, and it does not appear in my screenshots folder. I can save/download photos fine, but it seems to be most of any old photos I've had are not working. The most recent being around 4 days ago. I have tried restarting but noth

After last W10 update, Build 187, I have in Event Viewer several errors related to AppReadiness.

Hi, my laptop was automatically updated to windows 10 Pro and i have encountered several issues so far. I cant even use my laptop as usual.

1) failing to open a pdf file. the message ' install failed. please contact your software vendor' appeared.

I have already had adobe installed. If i open the program adobe first and then choose the pdf file i wish to open, it works.

Hence i tried control panel->programe->default programe ....but when i tried clicking 'associate a file type or protocol with a program', there was no response at all !!

2) My start button at the left bottom taskbar in not responding at all

3) when i go into file explorer, the search bar is not functioning at all

I've been suffering of this problem since two months. First the pc was having problems at opening , it didnt run any program. Iı passed within two days but since then it doesn't run any pc program. It doesnt run calculator, gallery , photos , it doesnt also run WhatsApp I've beeun using it through Google since then . I can't take ss I can't use Microsoft Store. It doesn't let me open any of them. And mostly gives "Install is failed. Please contact your software vendor." That's why I can't even upload screenshot, here's a photo from my phone.

Please help me
