Windows 10: Install Faliure and infinite reboot

So my pc wasn't doing to good and I decided to re-install windows and when it got to 64 percent it started rebooting know that it was in re-install like everything was deleted and desktop and setup we're inaccessable and every few restarts it is on the installing windows screen and then instantly shuts down to reboot like using pc normally I can't do anything help

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Chrome kiosk create infinite window

Context

I'm trying to configure Windows 10 to boot directly on chrome in kiosk mode so the user can only see the webpage.

So I've followed those steps and launch Chrome in kiosk mode with the selected webpage.

Issues

Unfortunately, there is one more problem :

When I reboot sometimes (Once in three) Chrome open an infinite amount of Chrome browser, not new tabs but new windows.

Expectation

My needs for this system is to be fully optional anytime even if I ghost this OS on hundreds of device. So if anyone has an idea or suggestions, I will be thankful.
