Windows 10: install logitech setpoint on Dell optiplex 3060 windows 10 SSD

It seems I have windows update issues with the SSD is this another SSD issue or something else. In the event window it says everything installed but it didn't migrate and when I click on the tab that says setpoint the whole window disappears. My old computer was a HP windows 10 and had no problem installing and using setpoint. What is going on. When I hit the caps lock by accident I don't know until I look up since it doesn't chime and show caps lock on the monitor can't use the volume key. The mouse and keyboard work fine but I want to use the rest of the options too. I have switched the uni

I have switched the unifying usb to different ports, I have updated device drivers from logitech website, I know the wave MK550 is an older product the setpoint CD only goes up to windows 8 but the logitech download says windows 10. Been trying to fix this for weeks and everything i try I get the same issue NOT MIGRATED
