    As far as I understand, what you mean is that both Microsoft Windows Desktop Rutime 7.0.9 x64 and x86 are already installed based on the information in the log file.

    If it is installed, why there is an error message: ". NET Desktop Runtime 7.0.9 x64 mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed." when I try to install Surfshark Window Application

    I have asked Surfshark support who said since the error message is about .NET Desktop Runtime, they ask me to solve this issue from Microsoft.

    How may I solve this problem so that I can install my Surfshark window application on my notebook? Can you please help?

    Install.NET Desktop Runtime

    2023-04 .NET 7.0.5 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5025916) offline installation

    I have already downloaded and installed the offline versions of

    • ASP.NET Core Runtime 7.0.5; and
    • .NET Desktop Runtime 7.0.5

    After restarting my Windows 11, the Windows Update still shows

    • 2023-04 .NET 7.0.5 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5025916)
    outstanding.



    What is missing?
