Windows 10: Install Options? Purchased Windows 10 Over Installed Windows 7 Enterprise

Split from this thread.I purchased my old laptop discount from my employer. It has Windows 7 Enterprise; and I just purchased Windows 10 to install on it. How can I install on top of Windows 7 Enterprise??

Nope, you need to install Windows 10 first and make sure the Windows 7 key is transferred to your Windows account after you've installed Windows 10 (not quite sure how that works). I missed the last step and I could not activate Windows 10 after a re-install... Microsoft seem to have done everything they can to make it a PITA. Also, it's technically too late to do this now anyhow, as the upgrade offer has expired. But KMSPico works quite well...

As for getting rid of Windows, delete the Windows folder.

 

Windows 7 installer

Does the Windows 7 installation has the option to create a partition table on a hard drive? I bought a new PC yesterday, and it didn't come with a HD so I purchased one separately. During the installation process, Windows couldn't find the hard drive. I had to take it out and create and format the drive with Gparted. If Windows does not allow such things, why limit it like that?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
