Windows 10: Install Programs thru SCCM

I'm not sure how SCCM works, but at my last job, if a program was deleted from a user's computer, it was reinstalled when SCCM did a scan. At my current job, the SCCM guy knows a lot, but not enough to send programs permanently to a computer on our domain. Maybe I'm ignorant to the SCCM ways, but the guy at my previous job had it totally under control. I messaged him about an issue with a user who needed a program one time, and he told me that he would fix it. Minutes later, that user had the program. Is there some sort of template that my current job guy can use? For example, it would be great if all users could have Office 365 without the desktop team needing to install it manually.

sccm 2007 install

So i had a thread up about my fear of installing this program. I have been successful so far, and have it installed.. One problem or maybe two that i'm having revolve around the sccm client being installed on computers... I need to know what settings in the client machine need to be configured to get it to run, and moreso i'm having a problem with the management point?

Not sure how to word the question.. tbh i'm learning this program as i go along.. so it's tough to give good descriptions...

The SCCM server is already installed. And I am to activate the license but I never had experience.

That will work indeed, however I need to run it from the SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step and I am not able to figure out how to do that.

Can we change line while executing command from SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step?
